POSITION 1 - BOOK COVERING AND REPAIR
POSITION 2 - CRAFTS ASSISTANT
Send a cover letter attached to the email. Tell us a little bit about yourself include the following:
- Why would you like to volunteer at TFL?
- Special skills or previous training that you could bring to the volunteer position
- Identify the best day of the week and time for you to volunteer
- If you joined the volunteer corp, are there any times of the year you wouldn't be available to help?
We are looking for a volunteer or two who can help us with a few library activities.
POSITION 1 - If you would like to learn how to REPAIR or COVER BOOKS we need you!
POSITION 2 - If you are crafty and don't mind counting googly eyes, this is the volunteer opportunity for you! We are looking for someone who can help prepare Take and Make Kits, Story time materials, or special projects.
This volunteer program is new for us. We would provide guidance with these activities. You wouldn't work regular hours but we would schedule several days in advance. This is a great opportunity for occassional VOLUNTEER hours.
