Tucker Free Library was one of 15 libraries in the nation to receive a $5100.00 grant to create a community engagement space. Recognizing that children learn literacy skills through talking, singing, reading, writing, and play, the library used the funds from this grant to create TFL KIDSpace. This innovative space provides families with children a chance to learn to solve problems, work together, and negotiate decisions covertly through play. Families are welcome to use any of the STEAM oriented toys when the library is open. The hours of operation of the Tucker Free Library are: Tuesday-Thursday 10-8, Friday-Sunday 12-5.
